Notice on the Launch of Online Appointment System

for Consular Documents

I. To improve application experience for consular documents, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia has launched an Online Appointment System for Consular Documents (http://chinese-embassy.website/app), which handles appointment for notarization, certification, marriage introduction letter, Hong Kong visitor visa, Hong Kong entry permit, etc.

Visa services to Chinese Mainland are still processed on China Online Visa Application and Appointment for Visa Application Submission  (http://kh.china-embassy.gov.cn/lsfws/lingshifuwu3/202208/t20220823_10749619.htm).

II. Instructions

(1) Visit http://chinese-embassy.website/app and choose  Chinese or English service.

(2) Fill in the applicant's ID number and choose the type of business.

(3) Choose a date.

(4) Complete the data form for information collection, and upload the applicant’s passport/ID info page.

(5) Click “√” to submit the application for review and approval.

(6) Log in again with the applicant's ID number after one working day. If confirmation of successful appointment is granted, please print out the confirmation page and bring listed materials as required; if appointment fails to pass, please cancel the first appointment, modify the application according to suggestions and reschedule an appointment.

III. Notes

(1) Please upload and fill in valid ID of the applicants for consular documents, and wait for review of the Embassy( normally feedback within 1 working day).

(2) The appointment system only confirms the applicant’s arrival time for processing, not pre-qualifying of the materials or  indicating application will be successful, which will be subject to the consular officer’s decision on-site.
