Notice on Further Adjustment of Tests and Health Code Application Requirements

In light of the latest developments concerning COVID-19, China-bound passengers are now required to take one extra antigen test within 12 hours before boarding a direct flight to China. Time-line for taking relevant tests has been adjusted accordingly. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. All passengers bound for China are required to take a first nucleic acid test at National Institute of Public Health fourteen days (excluding the day of boarding) prior to boarding the plane. After getting the negative result of the first nucleic acid test, passengers are required to strictly follow close-loop management protocols and enter a phase of fourteen-day personal health monitoring and record the monitoring results on a daily basis. 2. All passengers bound for China are required to take a second nucleic acid test at Preah Ket Mealea Hospital three days (excluding the day of boarding) prior to boarding the plane. On the same day of the second nucleic acid test, passengers need to check in at a designated hotel of relevant airlines for a four-day centralized quarantine with the reports of negative results of the first and second nucleic acid tests.

3. All passengers bound for China are required to take a third nucleic acid test together with IgM and IgG antibody tests at Preah Ket Mealea Hospital within 24 hours before departure arranged by relevant airlines and apply for the health code after getting the report.

4. Foreign passengers are required to upload reports of negative results of the first and second nucleic acid tests, reports of the third nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests, data page of passport, valid visa for china (visa only, passengers who have valid residence permits for china will not be issued Health Codes for the time being), Personal Health Monitoring Form, Certificate of Covid-19 Vaccination, Letter of Commitment on COVID-19 Vaccination, valid visa for Cambodia, entry card or entry stamp to Cambodia, air ticket, Certificate of Close-loop management of relevant airlines when applying for Health Codes online (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/).

5. All passengers bound for China are required to take an antigen test by Preah Ket Mealea Hospital within 12 hours before departure arranged by relevant airlines. Antigen test report is not required when applying for the health code. Airlines will inspect the original reports before check-in or boarding.
